All GREETING CARD returns must be authorized by SMART ALEX.
Return authorization code issued by SMART ALEX must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

REPLACEMENTS & DAMAGES
Damages or defective cards can be returned for exact exchange.
Any return must be authorized and accompanied by a copy of the packing slip. Claims must be within 3 days of receipt of products.
